AAOA Annual Conference

Each fall, AAOA hosts a conference to carry out our mission.  The conference brings together airport managers, board members, elected officials, aviation consultants and vendors, the FAA, and aviation supporters from all over Arkansas. Attendees consistently tell us how much they gain from the sessions, networking, and discussions.

If you haven’t attended before, we’d love for you to join us and see what it’s all about.

Our 2026 conference took place in Rogers, AR - September 21 - 23.

Planning has begun on the 2027 conference; details will be announced soon!
We are preparing a fantastic agenda and great networking opportunities at an outstanding venue.
