• Promotes and encourage the public's understanding of the value of aviation and the importance of an airport to the community.

• Provides a unified voice for airports within Arkansas to local, state and federal agencies and to the State Legislature and the Congress of the United States on all proposed or pending legislation relating to aviation.

• Promotes safety in the development of airport facilities and operating procedures.

• Supports academic endeavors of the membership and the aviation educational programs within the State of Arkansas.
